And now we are proud to present to you our 2nd full episode:  Therapy and Mental Health.  Extra special thanks to Ernie Tamayo for being our second podcast guest, and for sharing his experiences as a social worker with Asian Pacific Women’s Center (APWC). APWC offers support to survivors of domestic violence, so if you or someone you know needs help, they are a great organization to connect with.

Thank you for discussing this important topic; I can totally relate to experiencing the stigma of talking about mental health within my own family. Seeking professional help had been a source of shame that we didn’t discuss in our family.

I also loved how each of the speakers talked about the different ways, to process.
